Refund policy

We want you to love your Kangarooo Konvertibles™ products. If not, here’s how returns work:

  • Return Window: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Eligibility: To qualify, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • How to Start a Return: Email us at sales@kangaroooshop.com to begin.If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, reach out to us before returning.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union: you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If so, your original payment method will be credited within 10 business days.

Please note: banks and credit card companies may take extra time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sales@kangaroooshop.com.
